Transaction Type Red Diamond Capital prefers change-of-control transactions in partnership with management. RDC also will consider minority investments under certain circumstances. Company Size $25 million minimum annual revenues and $5 million minimum annual EBITDA for platform companies. Investment Size $10 million to $35 million of equity per platform company.
